The Job
As a key member of our team, you will be adding value to 3E and all our stakeholders by:
- Leading the implementation of all financial requirements for new partnerships including working from the partners offices as required
- Working closely with IT on project implementation
- Setting up the process and managing the high-volume daily bank reconciliation for our partners
- Preparing and delivering accurate reporting
- Building relationships with funders, partners and clients over the telephone and email
- Acting as the subject matter expert and escalation point for any finance queries and systems.
Traits you must have
- A passion to deliver an excellent client and partner experience
- Strong personal values and unquestionable integrity
- A CPA/CA with previous lease accounting experience will be a distinct advantage as would knowledge of MS Business Central (but not essential)
- Prior project and or implementation experience would be ideal but not essential
- A desire to grow and develop a team, whilst also rolling up your sleeves and getting into the day to day detail
- Proficient in all MS Office products
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- The drive to go above and beyond
- A great sense of humour
