The Job

As a key member of our team, you will be adding value to 3E and all our stakeholders by:

  • Leading the implementation of all financial requirements for new partnerships including working from the partners offices as required
  • Working closely with IT on project implementation
  • Setting up the process and managing the high-volume daily bank reconciliation for our partners
  • Preparing and delivering accurate reporting
  • Building relationships with funders, partners and clients over the telephone and email
  • Acting as the subject matter expert and escalation point for any finance queries and systems.

 

Traits you must have

  • A passion to deliver an excellent client and partner experience
  • Strong personal values and unquestionable integrity
  • A CPA/CA with previous lease accounting experience will be a distinct advantage as would knowledge of MS Business Central (but not essential)
  • Prior project and or implementation experience would be ideal but not essential
  • A desire to grow and develop a team, whilst also rolling up your sleeves and getting into the day to day detail
  • Proficient in all MS Office products
  • Attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • The drive to go above and beyond
  • A great sense of humour
