The job
As a key member of our team you will be adding value to 3E and all our stakeholders by:
- Managing incoming queries via email and telephone
- Customer focussed collections calls (up to 60 days)
- Maintain record of all collections activity
- Maintain and update database and customer accounts
- Weekly arrears reporting
- Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Traits you must have
- A passion to deliver an excellent client and partner experience
- Min 2 years prior collections and/or customer service experience
- Prior experience in Asset Finance is preferred but not essential
- Strong personal values and unquestionable integrity
- Proficient in all MS Office products
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Problem solver
- Professional verbal and written communication style
- The drive to go above and beyond
- A great sense of humour
