FULL STORYDean joined 3E Advantage as a member of the Sales Operations team in 2016. Since this time, Dean’s journey has included various roles and exposed Dean to many areas of the business. In 2022, through business growth and a new strategic focus, Dean moved into a senior credit role.
FULL STORYOur Business Development team are the key contact to all our current and prospective partners. They manage each partner relationship, ensuring 3E is adding value to our partners sales and operational model.
Our Sales Operations team own every transaction introduced from our partners, from application, right through to settlement. This involves liaising with our partners and funders to ensure efficient processing of each and every transaction.
Our Portfolio & Client Services teams take ownership of the transaction once it has settled. They work with our partners, funders and the end-client to maintain smooth management of transactions post-settlement and all the way to upgrade or finalisation.
Our Finance and accounts team keep everything moving. They are responsible for the day-to-day 3E accounting, as well as the smooth management of key transfers of funds for our partners, funders and clients for all our transactions.
Legal & HR works with our internal stakeholders, partners and clients on the management of contractual requirements and compliance for both 3E and transactional agreements. This area is also responsbile for the Human Resource function at 3E Advantage.
Marketing is responsible for the 3E brand, messaging and promotion as well as working with our partners on the successful integration of asset finance into their marketing mix.
